For more than a decade, SI Italy Travel has been building genuine relationships with the farmers, winemakers and mountain families of the Italian Dolomites. The access our guests receive — a 500-year-old family farm, a UNESCO-listed rifugio at 2,100 metres, three days with celebrated hatted chef Patrizia Simone — is the result of years of trust, not a booking platform.

Eight guests only. Everything included. Nothing left to chance.

Nine Days. Small Group.
Food, Culture + Refined Alpine Living.

Autumn. It’s the best time of the year in the Dolomites. Breathtaking landscapes, meaningful culture + exceptional food. Oh... + a small group of like-minded travellers + a host with the insight of an Italian local.

Immerse yourself in a unique part of the world, shaped not only by the mountains, but by the people who have farmed the region for generations, producing cheese, dairy, cured meats, bread, + wine. Stay in a selection of private mountain chalets, a five-star alpine spa hotel, + a rare highaltitude mountain refugio.

Eat food prepared by renowned hatted chef Patrizia Simone. She’ll join the group for three unforgettable days, visiting markets, + sharing her passion for alpine cuisine. Patrizia’s knowledge of local farmers + producers brings an extraordinary depth to your journey.

Every element on your Si Italy Travel tour is considered with care. You’ll experience a fully guided, all-inclusive experience from beginning to end. Relax completely. Travel with ease. Savour living tradition. Visit iconic sights. Stay in discreet luxury. Experience a lifetime of memories.

Travelling with Patrizia Simone

Patrizia Simone is Italian-born, hatted, and the founder of Simone's Restaurant — one of Australia's most beloved culinary institutions for over 30 years. A decade ago she led tours through Northern Italy that guests still speak of. This September she returns — to the markets, farms and mountain tables where the ingredients she has championed her entire career are born.
Three extraordinary days. Markets, hands-on cooking and intimate alpine dinners. An encounter your guests will not forget.

Joelene LeBlanc

Joelene LeBlanc — Host & Founder

For more than a decade, Joelene LeBlanc has been returning to Northern Italy — impassioned by its people, its culture and its extraordinary table. After a season spent living and working in the Dolomites, sourcing produce from multigenerational farmers, butchers and artisan producers, she gained an insider's understanding of Italian life that cannot be found in any guidebook.

Growing up in the alpine town of Bright in Victoria, the Dolomites felt familiar from the first moment she arrived. Mountains, food, community and a strong sense of place. Now she takes eight guests at a time to experience it with her.
